Tech Prep

Tech Prep identifies high school courses comparable to MSJC courses and creates articulation agreements between them. These agreements allow a student who receives a B or better in a Tech Prep course at their high school to earn college credit at MiraCosta without paying any tuition or fees. Students complete a MSJC application while in their high school class. The application is necessary for receiving their college credit. Credit will be applied to the students' MSJC transcript one semester after the student has finished the high school course.
